Prep, cooking and packing for the case, Family Meal, catering and our wholesale partners. Careful, steady work, where the labels and dates have to be right.
Catering
Boards, boxed lunches and spreads for gatherings across the valley, made and packed with the same care as the case.

You’ll know who you’re cooking for. Our guests are neighbors, and so are the farmers, ranchers and makers whose food is on our shelves.
Hospitality starts behind the counter. We look after our guests by looking after each other: a clear plan for the day, and a hand when the rush hits.
You’ll see the whole thing. On a small team, you watch a dish go from the cutting board to the case to someone’s table, and there’s room to grow as we do.
