We gather the best of what this valley grows and do the slow part for you: the prep, the simmer, the care that takes hours. You get the good part, and the time to enjoy it.
The Mill started in the spring of 2024 as a mobile market. Two years later, it’s a neighborhood market on East Rose Street: a case of food made fresh in our own kitchen, smoothies blended to order, a shelf of the valley’s makers, catering for every kind of gathering, and a sandwich counter next door.
Everything in the case is made in our own kitchen, a few steps away, and we’re always happy to tell you about it.
